Sarah is dedicated to engaging with clients who are looking for help. She began this work with a personal belief that the process of engaging in meaningful therapy is truly life changing. Sarah has worked as a professional social worker in a variety of settings including social services, community mental health. She works with adults, teens, children, and families.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Social Work at Northwestern State University and went on to earn her Master of Social Work at Walden University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Her master’s degree included a concentration which prepared her to utilize a trauma-informed approach in working with clients. Sarah is a certified Functional Family Therapist (FFT) and has completed Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

Sarah has experience working with survivors of abuse, trauma, and loss. In working with clients, she is able to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental environment inclusive of all sexual orientations and all belief systems. Sarah is experienced in helping those with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. She particularly enjoys working with clients with childhood experiences impacted by substance use and alcoholism, codependency, and other family problems.
