“My practice is like a big pot of gumbo! I share with you all of the tools, skills, and knowledge I’ve learned. Then you decide what you like best, want to add more of, or toss out.”

Shiloh is both a Counselor (PLPC) and Art Therapist (ATR-P), and received a Dual Master’s in both from Southwestern College, Santa Fe, NM. They received a B.S. in Psychology with a Biology minor from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ.

They are passionate about working through trauma, grief, and loss. Shiloh honors the many facets that make us up, including gender, sexuality, and romantic identities (LGBTQIA+) and neurodiversity. Schooled in the Southwest, Shiloh is also a Baton Rouge native and has deep appreciation for how our cultural, ethnic, and racial identities shape our experiences. Those who are secular, or who are exploring/practicing a variety of religious and spiritual traditions are welcome to discuss these authentically. Shiloh utilizes DBT-based skills building, CBT-based interventions, interpersonal neurobiology concepts, and creativity as part of the healing process.

Working with Shiloh will be evidence-based, creative, and different!

Although participation in Art Therapy is not required to see Shiloh, Art Therapy can be a powerful aid to the healing process.
